Revlon Consumer Products named former CVS Health executive Mario Rivera chief operating officer to lead the cosmetics maker’s global supply chain.

Rivera started his new role Monday, overseeing procurement, planning, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, transportation and customer logistics, according to a Feb. 11 press release. He reports to CEO Michelle Peluso, also a former CVS Health executive.
"The supply chain is the backbone of the business, delivering breakthrough innovation, improving product availability and elevating the customer experience," Rivera said in the release. "I look forward to joining the talented Revlon team to strengthen operations across the supply chain."
Rivera's mandate includes driving an end-to-end supply chain transformation to raise Revlon's enterprise value, per the release. The heart of Revlon's global operations is its Oxford, North Carolina, manufacturing facility, spanning 12 football fields and serving as its largest and most advanced production site.
"Mario brings deep expertise in modern, data‑driven supply chain leadership and has successfully scaled complex operations for global consumer businesses," Peluso said in the release.
Before joining Revlon, Rivera served as SVP and chief supply chain and logistics officer at CVS Health, where he led enterprise logistics and supply chain modernization initiatives, per the release. Earlier in his career, Rivera held a group VP position in retailer Target's global supply chain and logistics network, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Revlon Consumer Products is a unit of privately held Revlon Group Holdings, formed after Revlon emerged from bankruptcy in 2023. Since then, the company has focused on tech and innovation while strengthening its executive team.
