However, the survey revealed that supply chains required more customized software than their retail, finance or insurance counterparts.
Leaders looking to implement this technology must look to its flexibility and compatibility with the company to ensure best fit. In addition, mobile offerings also should help track shipments, provide route efficiencies and gather supply chain data, many of the respondents said.
