Dole Packaged Foods named logistics operations veteran Todd Stillwell as VP of supply chain and manufacturing, the company reported in a May 20 press release.

Stillwell, a former executive at Del Monte Foods, will lead Dole’s U.S. supply chain. He will also guide initiatives for the company’s U.S. frozen manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, inventory control, transportation and import-export compliance departments
Stillwell will report to Orzse Hodi, president of Dole Packaged Foods, U.S.
"Todd's strategic vision will be instrumental as we modernize our operations to ensure we continue to deliver Sunshine For All through the highest quality products for our consumers," Hodi said in the release.
Stillwell, who joined Dole in April, left Del Monte after serving as SVP of supply chain and head of IT from June 2023 to March 2025, according to his LinkedIn profile. Earlier, he served as Del Monte's VP of logistics, planning and customer supply chain.
Before joining Del Monte, Stillwell worked for The Campbell's Company, Chamberlain Group, Storck and Häagen-Dazs, according to the Dole press release. He held various corporate positions focused on managing logistics networks, direct delivery fleets and third-party distribution.
