FREMONT, Calif. — September 15, 2026 — Wintec Industries, a leader in supply chain operations and structured inventory financing, today announced that Brock Alston has joined the company as Vice President of Commercial Growth, Supply Chain Management. In this role, Alston will lead go-to-market strategy and enterprise sales across the U.S. and Asia, and will build out the commercial organization and playbook to scale Wintec's differentiated offering to OEMs, electronics manufacturers, EMS providers, and global technology companies.
Wintec operates at the intersection of supply chain operations and inventory financing, offering vendor-managed inventory, supplier hubs, buffer inventory programs, last-time-buy and end-of-life inventory management, and bank-funded inventory solutions. The company has managed more than $7.8 billion in inventory for customers including Fortune 100 technology leaders.
"Brock brings a rare combination of enterprise sales leadership and a builder's mindset — he's repeatedly been the first commercial hire at high-growth companies and has scaled sales organizations from zero to tens of millions in revenue," said David Jeng, CEO of Wintec Industries. "As more technology companies face pressure around inventory ownership, supply assurance, and working capital, Brock's experience building the commercial infrastructure to address complex, high-stakes challenges makes him exactly the right leader to help scale our go-to-market."
Alston joins Wintec from Rocketgraph, a graph analytics company serving enterprise and federal customers, where he served as Chief Executive Officer from 2023 to 2026. During his tenure, he more than doubled company revenue, rebranded the business, built out its core marketing and product teams, and personally drove strategic federal opportunities, including complex contract renewals. He also developed key partnerships with Carahsoft, IBM, ThreatWorx, and Elastic.
Prior to Rocketgraph, Alston spent nearly six years at Neo4j, the graph database company, as Vice President of North American Sales. He took over an underperforming five-person team and grew it into the company's top-performing region, leading a 20-person revenue generation organization and helping the company grow from $32 million to approximately $165 million in revenue. He was named the company's top worldwide region in 2022, closing $10.3 million in new and expansion ARR against a $7.1 million quota.
Earlier in his career, Alston was the first salesperson hired at both NVIDIA's MapD (GPU-powered analytics, acquired by NVIDIA) and Pepperdata, where he built sales organizations from the ground up and closed marquee logos including Two Sigma, Verizon, Amazon, LinkedIn, and Apple.
Alston holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University, where he majored in spaceflight and orbit mechanics and minored in liquid rocket propulsion systems, and studied Engineering at Boston University.
"Wintec is solving a problem that's only becoming more urgent for technology manufacturers — how to manage inventory ownership and supply assurance without tying up working capital," said Alston. "I'm excited to join this team and help bring these solutions to more of the OEMs, EMS providers, and global technology companies navigating these challenges."
